Hi, I’m Megan, a trauma-sensitive coach who believes everyone can benefit from spaces where they feel regulated, supported, and empowered.

Through my own journey integrating holistic tools and brain-based strategies into my life, I’ve experienced firsthand how nervous system regulation transforms our access to both peace and power. I’m passionate about sharing these tools with others, helping individuals create practical, personalized approaches to self-regulation and personal growth.

I work with individuals to create lives rooted in self-awareness, resilience, and connection. No quick fixes—just thoughtful, sustainable change that meets you where you are and supports you along your path to wellness. When your nervous system feels safe and supported, everything else—relationships, attunement, motivation—naturally falls into place.
