For Educators:
Because Dysregulated Brains Can't Learn

Hi, I’m Megan, a trauma-sensitve educator who believes schools can be powerful spaces for healing, learning, and connection.
After years in the classroom and supporting teachers as an SEL Interventionist, I saw firsthand how traditional behavior systems often miss the mark. I’ve made it my mission to help schools shift away from outdated models and toward research-backed, neurobiologically grounded systems that support both students and staff.
I partner with schools to build cultures rooted in empathy, regulation, and relationships. No quick fixes, just thoughtful, practical change that starts with listening and ends with systems that work sustainably. When we create spaces where nervous systems feel safe, everything else—learning, connection, behavior—starts to fall into place.
You don’t need another generic PD session. You need real change—grounded in research and built for your community.
What's Possible
Reduced Staff Burnout
When adults feel seen, supported, and regulated, they show up fully for both kids and themselves.
Relational Discipline
It’s not about managing behavior, it's about understanding it. When we respond with curiosity and trust, learning can begin.
Brain-Based Practices
By focusing on the nervous system, we move beyond compliance to create schools rooted in safety.
Academic Growth
When systems prioritize regulation and relationships, learning follows naturally, creating a space where all students can thrive.
Improved Student Behavior
We address the why behind behavior, not just the what, and respond to the needs underneath.
Sustainable Systems
When people come before policies, we create schools where wellness, connection, and trust make meaningful learning possible.
